吳佩芬出生於台灣台南市，從事室內及商業空間設計超過20年資歷，2005年創設上淳工程顧問有限公司，2010年創設心潤蓮海空間創作有限公司，從室內、建築案場之實務與旅行經驗中學習並轉化為創作靈感，追求「以人為本、天地並融」的思維方式，秉持自然即是美學、文化蘊涵藝術、視野創造空間、設計源於生活的理念，來從事空間創作工作至今。

Born in Tainan City, Taiwan, Wu Peifen has been engaged in indoor and commercial space design for more than 20 years. In 2005, he founded Shangyu Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd., and in 2010 created Xinrun Lianhai Space Creation Co., Ltd., from the practice and travel of indoor and construction cases. In the experience, learning and transforming into creative inspiration, pursuing the "people-oriented, heaven and earth" thinking mode, adhering to the concept of nature is aesthetics, cultural implication of art, vision creation space, design originated from life, to engage in space creation work
